OUR STORY
We were nervous first-timers too
When we planned five weeks through Japan and France, I was the anxious one — too many late nights reading about pickpockets and scams, and people I loved to keep safe. I wanted to be ready; I just had no idea what "ready" was even supposed to look like. If that sounds like you right now, you're in exactly the right place.
THE PROBLEM
The right things, never in one place
I went hunting for travel gear and came home with the wrong gear — a wallet here, a passport holder there, odds and ends from a dozen different websites, half of which didn't even fit all our passports. I kept wishing one place would just tell me plainly what a first-time traveller actually needs.
WHAT WE LEARNED
We learned the hard way so you don't have to
A taxi mix-up at a packed Tokyo station. Important documents left behind in a cab. That uneasy feeling at the Louvre when you realise the crowd pressing in isn't there for the art. The lesson stuck: the things that matter should live in one bag, on your body — and knowing what's coming is half of feeling calm.
WHY ORVULO
Everything you need, in one place
So that's Orvulo: the right things to carry, and the plain-English know-how to go with them — chosen by someone who's been the nervous first-timer, with a travel professional checking every call. You're not silly for feeling unsure; almost no one knows how to travel until they've done it once. We've taken the guesswork out, so you can stop worrying about the logistics and start looking forward to the trip.
